A global beat: multiple locations, worldwide, jamming to the same beat.

It’s that time of year again! Snook are hosting the Glasgow leg of the Global Service Jam and you are all invited to attend!

From Friday 27th February to Sunday 1st March, anyone interested in service and customer experience, and in solving problems in a creative, fun way will meet at locations all over the globe. There will be designers, students, academics, business people, unemployed people, customers, mums, kids and granddads. So, everyone really!

In a spirit of experimentation, innovation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams will have less than 48 hours to develop and prototype completely new or improved services inspired by a shared theme. At the end of the weekend, their collection of brand new services will be published to the world.

Why should you come?

Its a chance for you to be actively creative, have fun, share ideas and network with some like minded people. We’re not here to make a serious business plans and there’s no such thing as a stupid idea.

When and where is it?

The Glasgow Service Jam will run on the weekend from 5pm on the 27th February to 5pm on the 1st of March. We’ll be jamming at The Whisky Bond. The event is free but ticketed, and there are only a few tickets left, so click here to get yours!

Here’s an idea of what it is to jam Glasgow style, in one, easy to swallow video from last year:
