After coming home to the UK from travels on the other side of the world in New Zealand, Emma was Snook London’s first employee when we were just a fold-up desk and some navy blue carpet tiles. Since then, she has led the planning and coordination of user research and design projects covering workshops, observation work, interviews and co-design with clients from the Department for Education, Capita, the Cabinet Office and Kingston University.
Emma is a Google Drive demon with an eagle eye for detail. She still finds the time outside of Snook to deliver branding projects. Besides a real liking for honey, Emma is also an active runner, and is a do-gooder with the GoodGym initiative.
