Community BBQ
Last night, The Interchange: London hosted its first community event as the clouds parted to give way to a lovely evening of BBQ based fun. Over the past week, we posted 'hello notes' through our neighbours doors to introduce ourselves and invite them along for dinner. After a slightly slow start, the fire was roaring and we had a steady steam of hungry mouths pop by to say hello while filling up on tasty halal lamb burgers or vegetarian treats. It was great to meet the neighbours, hear their stories and their hopes for the community. All great learnings as The Interchange: London begins to take shape.
