At the moment, Making Service Sense is made up of people, conversations, a website and the book ‘Making Service Sense’. It feels a little like climbing Everest in stilettos: at times exciting, sometimes laborious, always tough —and in the process, you might ruin a good pair of shoes.

This is a community and a campaign. We will soon be offering free web tools and downloads here to help everyone on their own Service Design journey. We are also developing innovative consultancy services to engage a wide range of communities in understanding Service Design too — from corporations and SMEs, to local communities, schools, universities, health services and entrepreneurs.
