Before joining Snook, he was the Design Lead at the Crown Commercial Service, where he helped to build the organisation’s first User Centred Design team and lead the interaction design across an expanding portfolio of services.
Prior to that, his freelance career saw him work with well known brands such as Red Bull and Island Records as well as grass roots social enterprises who support marginalised communities. He takes a user centred approach, makes decisions based on research and believes in progress built on good relationships.
Alaric graduated with a first class degree in Digital Design & Technology, and lives in the heart of the English countryside. Endlessly curious and always hungry, he spends his spare time making things, breaking things and eating things. Sometimes in that order too.
