Alphin values being part of a greater mission: to make the world a better place. Alphin has previously worked within user experience and graphic design disciplines. During her master’s degree in digital design, she saw that design combines with research to produce meaningful solutions to real-world problems. She believes that having empathy and seeing from the user’s perspective is essential for achieving powerful outcomes in design.
Outside of work, Alphin gives her time to volunteering, learning about self-development, and exploring beautiful crafts like pottery. Alphin loves spending time with her husband to explore food, places, and events together.
