After working with small social enterprises, she’s been involved in large digital transformation and service design projects while working in New York and now London. Over the years, she’s mastered a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, allowing her to be adaptive, and gain the insights for each project. She led a complex research programme aimed at defining the future of policing services across the UK. She also has extensive experience working with retail banks to shape their services around a more realistic and empathetic view of customer’s financial reality. You can talk to her about how design can enable more people to adopt sustainable behaviours and habits.
An islander from Tahiti, Aurelie loves spending time in nature and near the sea when the sun is out. When it gets cold, you’ll also find her expressing her creative self through embroidery, weaving, pottery, and maybe one day DJing.
