Becky started her career in academia where she taught User Centred Design to designers and engineers, leading the MSc Product Design course and conducting User Research. Her own PhD was focused on ‘Integrating User Centred Design into the development of energy saving technologies’. After leaving academia Becky led a research team within a government department, conducting and championing user research and a UCD approach. Becky loves to connect with people and hear their stories through research and enjoys the opportunity to ideate out of these insights, bringing improvements to the experience and life of the user.
Outside of Snook, Becky enjoys photography, singing, eating cake, holidays and having adventures with her little boys.
