She came to Snook with experience in research and design in healthcare, innovation and sustainability, working on challenges like helping people to get the care they need, to encouraging those with chronic illnesses to stay active.

Cheryl has experience in user research, behavioural change, service design and user experience design. Through spending time with stakeholders, communities and multidisciplinary teams, she facilitates the design of good services by putting people first.

Outside of work, you can find Cheryl experimenting with new recipes or fermentation process for baked goods. She enjoys roaming the city with her husband to explore new places and hidden histories. She is always curious about how design shapes the world around us, and how in return, our habits and behaviours are shaped by design.
