Gazbia has seven years of experience in leading, designing and facilitating social innovation projects for the UN and government to improve the lives of people living in the Middle East, North Africa and the UK. She studied a Masters in Service Design at University of the Arts London and helps organisations redesign internal processes, build user-centred design capabilities and improve collaboration.
Gazbia has extensive experience in supporting young people to find employment, reducing violence against women and designing services with and for impoverished communities, internally displaced people and people with disabilities.
Gazbia loves music and her side hustle is DJing.
