Jake has years of experience running research projects that help teams build user-centred products and services. Originally from Plymouth, Jake studied psychology at the University of Exeter.

After getting his MSc he left Devon for London, where he worked for The Economist and the Government Digital Service before joining Snook. He loves long, rambling interviews with research participants, and getting his head into large sets of qualitative data.
When he’s not doing user research, Jake likes to recharge by reading, cooking, gardening and messing around with DIY projects. When he’s recharged a little too much he goes walking, running and boxing.
