Before Snook, Kat led on fundraising, digital skills and innovation projects at national charity Catch22. She brokered partnerships with the likes of TikTok, Google and Microsoft, created new projects in digital skills and brought in funds to reach over 14,000 people. In 2022, she completed a research fellowship on data poverty (internet poverty) and is now a passionate advocate of getting people skilled up, confident and online. Her background is in public-private partnerships in healthcare and she’s worked across central, devolved and local government departments to engender change through project work and influencing policy.
Outside of Snook, Kat is a poet, performing in pubs and theatres around London. She loves Vietnamese food (especially rice rolls) and is a keen member of her local queer boxing club.
