She is driven by a desire to connect with others to understand their day to day realities, help them tell their stories and do what they need to do. Prior to joining Snook, she supported a range of clients from the Lancashire Wildlife Trust to professional advisory firms to improve user access to and experience of key services. 

Natalia’s background in psychology and journalism brought her to service design via the world of communications consultancy. Here she supported brands such as Direct Line and American Express to tell their stories better.   

As an advocate for inclusive design, Natalia can be found thinking about how best to include a range of perspectives in her work. Other things Natalia thinks about are practising more yoga, becoming a dog parent and her next project with the London Symphony Chorus.
