She joined Snook with experience delivering human-centred design in the public sector, including award winning work focused on access to justice.

Her work has included research with seldom heard participants, facilitating workshops with diverse and previously adversarial participants, designing service interventions that reach across government departments and leading interdisciplinary work in complex change programmes.

She also really likes to draw, so when she’s out of the studio (and sometimes when she’s there) you’ll find her using illustration to bring stories and information to life. If you can tear her away from her pencils, she’ll be attempting to learn a new craft or out walking in a local park.
