She believes that designers have a responsibility to use their skills to have a positive social impact, and has extensive experience in working in the responsible tech space.

Rebecca founded Tech for Good Live and the Tech for Good UK Network. Her work has involved creating tools that can help survivors of sexual assault feel empowered to report to the police, designing interventions to reduce human trafficking, and services that will help rescue dogs (and puppies!) get the homes they deserve.

Rebecca is a certified coach, has been an associate lecturer in design at multiple universities and is an international keynote speaker.

Fun fact, Rebecca used to be an aerospace engineer, and built Harrier Jump Jets. Outside of work she has too many cats and likes to go for walks in the hills.
