Prior to steering the training offer at Snook, she directed the Masters programme at Hyper Island. Before that, she was the Programme Leader of the Graphic Design BA & MAs at Salford University. She was made an Honorary Fellow when she left and sits on the Global Academic Board.
She has spoken all over the globe at events such as Octoberfest Munich, TedX Manchester, Creative Mornings Gothenburg & for HEC in San Francisco and shares her wit and wisdom by posting daily on a wide range of topics ranging from ageism and behavioural science to, of course, the benefits of user-centred design.
