With a PhD in Healthcare Service Design, and specific training in research methods, Valerie takes a creative approach to involving individuals and groups in the co-design of person-centred services.
Valerie has worked with public, private and third sector clients across the UK and also with international and local Non-Governmental Organisations in Central East Africa.
Being Mum to four sons has prepared Valerie for almost anything life throws at her! Outside of Snook she can be found racking up the miles on Strava on her bike and taking photos of moss in the countryside.
