Before joining Snook, she was a Service Manager, where she managed the delivery of Revenue and Benefit services to Local Authorities, working together with external stakeholders to maximise revenue generation, minimise poverty and streamline processes.

During her working career, Rachel has also attained a BSc degree, with honours, in Natural Science with The Open University, a Technician Certificate with the Institute of Revenue Rating and Valuation (IRRV) and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Rachel lives on the Northeast coast and in her spare time is passionate about the local environment, enjoys walking, horse riding and spending time building all things Lego with her 6 year old son.
