With a background in design research, Rebecca is passionate about using creative research methods to engage a diverse range of people.
Prior to her role Rebecca spent ten years in academia where she used participatory design, co-design, service design and user research methods in the health and social care sectors. During her time in academia, Rebecca completed a PhD which explored the role of research-through-design to support healthcare service provision.
Within her work, she enjoys encouraging people to embrace their creativity to share their wants, needs and experiences and seeks to find engaging and accessible ways to share these insights with others
